Shipped to Registered Medical Patients Statewide

Oklahoma runs one of the most accessible medical cannabis programs in the country — voters approved State Question 788 in June 2018 with no fixed list of qualifying conditions required, and home cultivation rights were built into the program from day one.
Is It Legal to Grow Cannabis Clones in Oklahoma?
Yes, for registered medical patients. Under State Question 788, patients aged 18 and older holding a valid Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA) license may legally cultivate up to 6 mature plants and 6 seedlings — 12 plants total — in an enclosed, locked space at any given time. Licensed caregivers can also grow on behalf of homebound patients, serving up to 5 patients simultaneously, with each patient's 6-and-6 limit applying independently.
Recreational cannabis remains illegal in Oklahoma — voters rejected State Question 820 in March 2023. A newer initiative, State Question 837, has been proposed for the 2026 ballot and would allow any adult to grow up to 12 plants at home without a medical card, though it still needs to clear signature requirements. For now, the medical card remains the only legal path to home cultivation.

Oklahoma's climate ranges from humid summers in the east to drier conditions in the western panhandle, making indoor cultivation the more predictable choice for consistent results statewide. Outdoor growing is workable during the warmer months for registered patients with secure, enclosed spaces, though Oklahoma's occasional severe summer storms and high winds are worth planning around. Given the 6-mature-plant limit, many Oklahoma patients focus on high-yield genetics and careful training to maximize output from their allowance.
Oklahoma City
Oklahoma City's continental climate brings hot, humid summers and the occasional severe thunderstorm, making a secure indoor setup the more reliable choice for registered patients. We ship clones to Oklahoma City growers and recommend sturdy, wind-tolerant genetics suited to central Oklahoma's weather.
Tulsa
Tulsa shares much of central Oklahoma's climate pattern, with humid summers that call for good airflow management in any enclosed grow space. We ship clones to Tulsa growers and recommend mold-resistant strains suited to the region's summer humidity.
Norman
Norman's climate closely mirrors the Oklahoma City metro, with hot summers and a solid growing season for registered patients cultivating indoors or in secure outdoor spaces. We ship clones to Norman growers and recommend versatile genetics adaptable to central Oklahoma conditions.
Broken Arrow
Broken Arrow, part of the greater Tulsa area, experiences the same humid continental climate as its neighbor, with warm, muggy summers. We ship clones to Broken Arrow growers and recommend hardy, mold-resistant strains for consistent results.
